All content, including but not limited to games (Luma Grid, Luma Stack, Luma Link), source code, logos, UI/UX designs, character art, and musical compositions, are the exclusive property of Hypha Interactive.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play our games for personal, non-commercial use.
Modification, reverse engineering, or unauthorized distribution of our game files is strictly forbidden.

3. User Conduct & Fair Play

To maintain a healthy competitive environment in our "Luma League" and global leaderboards, users agree:

Not to use cheats, exploits, or third-party software to manipulate game scores.
Not to use offensive language in any usernames or community interaction areas.
Any violation of fair play may result in a permanent ban from competitive modes.

4. Limitations of Liability

Hypha Interactive provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We are not responsible for any damages, including data loss or device malfunction, arising from the use or inability to use our services. While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that our services will always be available or error-free.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on our website or within our games. Continuing to use our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
